Every child deserves to feel remembered and celebrated at Christmas.
Holiday Hope connects families experiencing financial hardship with sponsors who help provide Christmas gifts and essential items for their children. This year, our outreach is focused on Loudoun County, Virginia, with priority consideration given to single-mother households.
All families in need are welcome to apply. You do not have to reside in Loudoun County, but you must arrange for gift pickup at our designated Loudoun County location.
Registration Details
Eligible ages: Birth through age 17, based on the child’s age on December 25, 2026.
Registration deadline: November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Absolutely no late registrations will be accepted.
Tentative gift distribution date: December 19, 2026.
Pickup location: Loudoun County, Virginia. The exact location and pickup instructions will be shared with matched families.
How It Works
1. Register your household.
Complete one application per family and add a separate child profile for each child requesting assistance. Include their interests, clothing sizes, essential needs, and gift suggestions.
2. Await a sponsor match.
Families will be notified as soon as they are matched. Matching may continue until seven days before gift distribution—December 12, 2026, if the tentative December 19 date is confirmed.
3. Pick up your family’s gifts.
Matched families must arrange for themselves or an authorized adult to collect their gifts at the designated Loudoun County location.
Assistance depends on available sponsors and resources. Submitting an application does not guarantee a sponsor match, assistance, or any specific gift.
