Volunteer Responsibilities

As a Charter Volunteer of The Legacy Mom Foundation, you play an important role in helping us fulfill our mission of empowering single mothers and their children through faith, personal development, financial literacy, and community support.

Volunteers are expected to:

• Uphold the mission, vision, and core values of The Legacy Mom Foundation

• Serve with professionalism, integrity, compassion, and respect

• Maintain confidentiality regarding participants, families, donors, and organizational matters

• Communicate promptly and professionally with team leaders and fellow volunteers

• Attend scheduled meetings, trainings, and volunteer activities whenever possible

• Complete assigned tasks and commitments in a timely manner

• Represent the organization positively within the community

• Collaborate effectively as part of a team

• Support fundraising, outreach, events, and program initiatives as requested

• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants

• Adhere to all nonprofit policies, procedures, and ethical standards
